This policy applies to the VPNKD marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains the data needed to provide the services, how that data is used and how it is managed. When you use a third-party payment page or external website, its own privacy policy governs how your data is handled there.
Account and Service Data
You can create a VPNKD account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not mandatory. Account processing involves your username, authentication information, subscription status and data usage. This information is used to verify sign-ins, provide subscriptions and calculate remaining data. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.
Order records include the plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference information and refund status. They are used to verify payments and service delivery and to resolve billing disputes. When you submit a support ticket, this service processes the issue description and attachments you provide. Do not include passwords, full subscription links or sensitive payment credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
VPNKD follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through subscription routes, store browsing histories, destination URLs or communications, or create connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Account data usage is used for billing and does not include details of websites visited.
Temporary session status needed to run a connection is used only while that connection is being handled and is not retained as a connection history after it ends. Troubleshooting uses necessary diagnostic information, such as error types and service status, without compiling it into individual browsing records. Diagnostic attachments you submit are handled as support ticket materials; review and remove sensitive fields before submitting them.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and the user experience. Analytics do not extend to other websites users visit through subscription routes. Website operations may process visit times, requested pages, browser types and necessary network request information for analytics, troubleshooting and website security.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain sign-in status and save language preferences and essential interaction settings. Sign-in credentials are sensitive data, so sign out of your account on shared devices. You can clear or restrict storage in your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again and reset preferences, but this will not directly delete your server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNKD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider. This service receives payment results and transaction reference information needed to verify orders; you do not need to provide VPNKD with your third-party payment account password.
Payment providers may process transaction information under their own policies. To fulfill a service, issue a refund or resolve a dispute, this service shares only the order information needed for that purpose. When data must be provided by law, we will verify the basis of the request and limit the scope of disclosure. This policy does not mean that third-party providers follow VPNKD's data retention rules.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and diagnostic materials are deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review have been completed. Analytics data is retained only for as long as needed for its purpose and is not kept as an indefinite personal record.
To access, correct or delete account information, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. This service will verify account ownership and explain the outcome. Records related to pending refunds or disputes, or that must be retained by law, may not be deleted until the relevant matter is resolved. They will be handled under this policy once the restriction no longer applies. Clearing browser data does not replace an account deletion request.
Policy Updates and Feedback
If data uses or processing practices change, VPNKD will update this policy and its last-updated month on this page. For significant changes, we will provide a notice on the website or in the user panel explaining what has changed. Where separate consent is required, updating this page does not replace the necessary consent process.
